1. Eligibility
Refund eligibility and scope follow the product conditions stated when ordering. Offers limited to a supplier’s own products do not automatically extend to Hoststare VPS. Check trials, extra resources, renewals and custom work separately. This policy does not limit non-excludable refund rights.
2. Submitting a request
Use a client-area ticket with the service and invoice references, reason, payment reference and requested cancellation time. We review the order and payment and communicate the result. Submission is not approval and does not promise an unconfirmed processing deadline. Redact sensitive payment details.
3. Refund and payment arrangements
An approved refund states its method, amount and any justified deductions. Do not assume eligibility or ignore due invoices; provide relevant records for payment disputes. Check the cancellation status of any automatic payment authorisation separately.
4. Data and cancellation timing
Keep and test an independent backup before cancellation and confirm the effective time. A data retrieval window after termination is not guaranteed. Service cancellation, account deletion, refunds and payment authorisation are separate matters to verify.
5. Eligibility for a three-day refund scheme
An initial VPS order explicitly carrying three-day refund eligibility may be submitted through a ticket within three days of purchase without giving a particular reason. After eligibility and payment checks, refunds normally return through the original method. Ordinary requests outside that period are not covered.
The three-day offer applies only to products expressly carrying that eligibility when ordered. It does not automatically cover renewals, additional resources or custom work. Legally required refunds, failed delivery and separate written arrangements are handled independently.
6. Dedicated servers and distinct products
Hoststare currently sells VPS only. Dedicated-server and VPS refund eligibility differ; another supplier’s dedicated-server trial or refund offer does not apply to a Hoststare order.
7. Original route and processing fees
Refunds normally follow the original payment route; available methods appear on the invoice. Any refund charge and the party bearing it must be disclosed before payment. An undisclosed rate will not be introduced during a refund request.
Where cryptocurrency is a payment option, first check original-address returns, whether a temporary address can receive a refund, and network costs. Users of temporary addresses should confirm receipt with their wallet or platform. Hoststare does not guarantee an alternative refund address.
8. Payment disputes and chargebacks
A payment dispute or chargeback can prevent payment confirmation. Hoststare may restrict the affected service during review and request transaction records. Suspension, termination and refund outcomes are explained against the actual dispute, product conditions and law. Merely filing a dispute does not remove lawful review or refund rights.
